What roles are available in Psylio?
Psylio offers different roles to help manage tasks within your organization. Each role comes with its own permissions and responsibilities.
Practitioner
Focused on clinical practice and client/student follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Manage their own list of clients or students.
- Keep records up to date.
- Use work tools: progress notes, appointments, invoicing, etc.
Additional access:
- Collaborate on shared records as needed.
- Act as supervisor and co-sign notes.
Coordinator
The coordinator role is focused on managing records within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Transfer records between members (individual records or all records from an account).
- Follow up on records waiting for transfer or linked to inactive members.
- Support practitioners with client/student profiles if needed.
Additional access:
- Create, edit, and archive organization records.
- Manage locations/schools and assign them to members.
Administrator
The administrator role is essential for setting up and managing an organization and its members.
Responsibilities:
- Invite new members and remove access for those leaving.
- Assign or change member roles.
- Manage locations/schools and assign them to members.
- Manage subscriptions and seats (add/remove, payment info).
Additional access:
- Configure and activate the organization’s professional profile on Jade (directory and online booking).
An organization must always have at least one administrator. If roles change, the outgoing administrator must appoint a new one.
Manager (new)
The manager role helps share administrative responsibilities at the school level.
Available only in educational institutions. Designed for school principals.
Access:
- Assign their school to members who work there.
- Access student profiles (contact info, uploaded files, etc.).
- Create, edit, and archive student records for their school.
