How do I assign a role as an administrator?
As an administrator, you can assign roles to members of your organization in Psylio.
Assigning a role
- Go to Settings > Members.
- Find the member in the active members list.
- In the Role(s) column, use the dropdown menu to add or remove a role.
Changes take effect right away: the member immediately gains the permissions linked to the selected role.
Can a member have multiple roles?
Yes. A member can hold as many roles as needed, at no extra cost.
- Private organization: Only the number of active seats is counted. As long as a member occupies a seat, they can hold multiple roles.
- School organization: The subscription is based on the organization’s size (not the number of members). Extra roles do not generate additional fees.
