What information is accessible to the coordinator?
The coordinator has an overview of the list of professionals in the organization. For each professional, the coordinator can see:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Professional title
- Number of institutional and confidential records
Note: The coordinator never has access to the content of the records, including progress notes and documents. Additional security: Advisors can mark a record as confidential to further protect certain records. This prevents the coordinator from seeing the title of the record, but they can still see the record number.
