What information is accessible to the coordinator?

What information is accessible to the coordinator?

The coordinator has an overview of the list of professionals in the organization. For each professional, the coordinator can see:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Professional title
  • Number of institutional and confidential records

Note: The coordinator never has access to the content of the records, including progress notes and documents.

Additional security: Advisors can mark a record as confidential to further protect certain records. This prevents the coordinator from seeing the title of the record, but they can still see the record number.
