What information is accessible to the coordinator?

The coordinator has access to an overview of the organization's practitioners and can access the following details for each one:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Professional title
  • Number of institutional and confidential records in each professional's account

The coordinator also has access to the list of records currently in transfer within the organization. This view allows them to identify records still pending transfer and reassign them to another practitioner, for instance, in the event of an unexpected departure.

InfoNote: The coordinator does not have access to the contents of records, including progress notes or added documents.

NotesAdditional security: Practitioners can mark a record as confidential for added data protection. This prevents the coordinator from seeing the record's title, but they will still have access to the record number.
