My group organization has been created in Psylio. How to proceed as an administrator?

Welcome to your group organization!

Here are some tips to help you get started with your organization in Psylio:
  1. Use the right account: When you log in to Psylio, you will see two accounts: one with your name and another with your organization’s name. Make sure to always work in your organization account. This allows you to use collaboration features and create an unlimited number of records.

As an administrator, you cannot access the records or progress notes of members of your organization due to confidentiality reasons. However, if you have a practitioner licence in addition to your administrator licence, your colleagues can transfer or share records with you. Check out the following articles for more information:

  2. User management: As an administrator, you can activate or deactivate the Psylio accounts of practitioners in your organization and invite new members to join your group. Check out the following article to learn how: How does user management work?

  3. Configure your header and footer: If you also have an practitioner account, set up your signature and other information in the Settings > Header and Footer tab. Note that the signature will only appear on notes created after it is set up. For more information, check out the following article: How do I set up the header and footer for my notes?

  4. Enable online appointment scheduling: You can enable online appointment scheduling on the Jade.Psylio.com website. This way, clients will be able to see available time slots and book appointments with your clinic's practitioners.
