How do I create a work team?

Work teams help simplify collaboration by grouping multiple members of an organization into a single team. They make it easier to manage access permissions and avoid having to share records individually with each member.

This feature is especially useful for professionals who regularly collaborate on the same records.

Create a work team

1. Open the Teams tab from Settings.
1. Only administrators can access this section to create and manage teams.
2. Click New team in the top-right corner.
3. Enter a name for the team.
4. Add the members who should be part of the team.
5. Save your changes.
   

Edit or remove a team

At any time, you can:

1. Add or remove members
2. Rename a team
3. Remove a team from a shared record

Changes made to a team are automatically applied to the associated access permissions.

If you remove a member from a work team, they will also lose access to any records shared with that team.
