How do I create a multi-space?

Create a multi-space

  1. Go to the Multi-spaces tab from the main menu.
  2. Click Add multi-space.
  3. Select the client or student profile you want to associate with the multi-space.
  4. Click Create space.


The multi-space is automatically created using the information from the selected profile.

Share a multi-space

Once a multi-space has been created, you can share it with the appropriate team members or groups.
  1. In the multi-space, click Share.
  2. Select the person or team you want to add.
  3. Choose the access level to grant.
  4. Click Save.
Added members will receive both a notification and an email informing them that they have been added to the multi-space.
