How do I create a multi-space?
Create a multi-space
- Go to the Multi-spaces tab from the main menu.
- Click Add multi-space.
- Select the client or student profile you want to associate with the multi-space.
- Click Create space.
The multi-space is automatically created using the information from the selected profile.
Share a multi-space
Once a multi-space has been created, you can share it with the appropriate team members or groups.
- In the multi-space, click Share.
- Select the person or team you want to add.
- Choose the access level to grant.
- Click Save.
Added members will receive both a notification and an email informing them that they have been added to the multi-space.
