How do I manage members in my organization?

Each group organization in Psylio has one or more administrators. As an administrator, you can use the Members tab to manage the users in your organization.

What you can do in the Members tab

  1. View active, invited, and inactive members
  2. Manage member access and roles
  3. Invite new members to join your organization

Invite a new member

You can invite a new user to join your organization, whether or not they already have a Psylio account.
  1. Go to Organization settingsMembers.
  2. Click Invite a member.
  3. Enter the member’s email address.
    1. If the person already has a Psylio account, use the email address linked to that account to ensure it’s properly connected to your organization.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Review the email addresses and roles, then click Send invitation.

Remove access from the organization 

  1. Go to Organization settingsMembers.
  2. Find the member in the list.
  3. Click the actions menu (three dots) next to their name.
  4. Select Remove access, then confirm.

What happens after access is revoked

  1. The person no longer has access to your organization in Psylio.
  2. They can still sign in to their account, but only to their independent practice workspace.
  3. Records in the organization workspace remain in place, but the practitioner will no longer have access to them.
  4. You can restore access at any time from the Inactive tab in the Members section.
