If you’re getting started with Psylio and have client records in another platform or system, you can import the information you need to continue managing them in Psylio.
CSV import allows you to import information for multiple clients and create their profiles in Psylio. You can then create their client records and add any documents you want to keep.
We recommend starting with the records for clients you're currently working with. This will help you start working in Psylio more quickly.
You can then decide whether to add your archived or inactive records to Psylio or store them securely elsewhere, based on the requirements that apply to your practice.
You can use this file to prepare your client profiles for import into Psylio. A CSV template is also available in Psylio to help you structure your data.

CSV import does not import notes, documents, or other content from your existing records. You can add the documents you want to keep directly to the records you create in Psylio.
Once you’ve added your active records to Psylio, you can decide whether you also want to add your archived or inactive records.
You can create these records in Psylio by following the same process and then archive them. Alternatively, you can store them securely elsewhere if this approach meets the requirements that apply to your practice and record retention.
