How do I add a new record?

Steps

  1. Go to the Records tab.
  2. Click Add record.
  3. Enter a record number.
  4. Adjust the opening date, if needed.
  5. In Associated profiles, enter the name of the client or student.

  1. Existing profile: Select it from the list
  2. New profile: Click Add a new profile, then enter the basic information (you can complete it later).

Special case — School organizations

When you enter a student’s name, a search is automatically performed in Mozaïk Portail.
  1. Select the correct result (with the student’s photo).
  2. The profile will be automatically imported and linked to the record.

Finalize

Click Create record.

Key information

  1. A record must be linked to at least one client or student profile.
  2. The same profile can be used in multiple records, which helps avoid duplicate data.
  3. After creating the record, open it to complete the Record information and Associated profiles sections.
