What is the coordinator role?

The coordinator role is optional and can be added by the administrator of a group organization in Psylio. This role was designed to improve record management within these organizations.

The coordinator oversees a team of professionals and is primarily responsible for transferring records from one advisor to another when the original advisor is unable to do so. This helps save time and minimize service disruptions for clients.

How to assign the coordinator role:

Only the administrator can assign the coordinator role to a member of the organization. Here’s how:
  1. Go to the User management tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the person you want to assign as coordinator and click the actions menu (the three small dots) to the left of their name.
  3. Choose Add to Coordinators, then click Yes, continue to confirm.
  4. Once this action is completed, the new coordinator can start transferring records between professionals within the organization.

InfoThe coordinator role can be revoked by the administrator at any time, following the same procedure as for assigning the role.
Notes
The coordinator never has access to the content of the records, including progress notes and other documents.
