Deleting a Client Record or Your Account

When you delete a client record or your account, all your data becomes inaccessible and irretrievable. Please ensure you are absolutely certain about your decision before proceeding.

Confirmation of Deletion

To prevent accidental deletions, our platform will ask you to confirm your action before it’s finalized.

Permanent Deletion of Data

Once you delete your record or account, your data will be permanently erased from our servers within 90 days. Due to our internal policies and personal data protection laws, we will not be able to recover any data once it has been deleted.
