What do the colours in my calendar mean?

The colours in your Psylio calendar help you quickly see the status of your appointments and your availability.

Calendar colour code

  1. ⚪ White: The appointment is scheduled but has not been confirmed by the client.
  2. 🔵 Blue: The appointment is scheduled and has been confirmed by the client through the automatic reminder.
  3. 🔴 Red: Indicates your unavailable periods added to the calendar.
These colours are generated automatically based on the appointment status and your availability.

Appointments cancelled by the client remain in the calendar but appear struck through.

Enable appointment confirmation / cancellation

Clients can confirm or cancel their appointments only if this option is enabled.
  1. When the option is enabled and the client clicks the confirmation link in the reminder, the appointment automatically turns blue.
  2. If the option is not enabled, all appointments remain white and cannot be confirmed or cancelled by the client.
To enable appointment confirmation or cancellation:
  1. Go to Settings > Calendar > Client communications
  2. Check the box “Enable the option to confirm or cancel in the appointment reminder.”
