How do I invoice a guardian?

The Contacts section of a profile allows you to save information about parents, guardians, or any other person associated with a client or a student. It is especially useful for managing follow-ups and invoices for minors.

Add a contact to a profile

1. Open the relevant client or student profile and go to the Contacts section.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter the contact’s name, email address, and phone number.
4. Add a second contact if needed.
   

Invoice a contact

1. Open the client or student record.
2. Create a new invoice.
3. In the Bill to dropdown menu, select the contact you want to invoice.
4. Send and process the invoice as usual.
   

Note

1. The Contacts section replaces the former Guardians section.
2. You can group both parents under a single contact to issue the invoice in both names.
