How do I delete my account?
To delete your account:
- Click on the icon with your initials in the left-hand menu.
- Select "My account."
- At the bottom of the page, you will find the button allowing you to delete your account.
Please note:
- Once your account is deleted, the data saved on the platform will no longer be available.
- If your public profile was enabled on the Jade website, your information will continue to appear in Google's search results until its next update.
If your account is part of a group organization, please note that it is not possible for you to delete it. Only the organization's administrator can request the deletion of an account from our team.
