How do I delete my account?

To delete your account:

1. Click on the icon with your initials in the left-hand menu.
2. Select "My account."
3. At the bottom of the page, you will find the button allowing you to delete your account.
   

Please note:

1. Once your account is deleted, the data saved on the platform will no longer be available.
2. If your public profile was enabled on the Jade website, your information will continue to appear in Google's search results until its next update.

If your account is part of a group organization, please note that it is not possible for you to delete it. Only the organization's administrator can request the deletion of an account from our team.
