How do I create a client or student profile?

Client or student profiles allow you to store key information about the people you support, whether they are currently receiving services or waiting to be seen.

Create a client or student profile

  1. From the left-hand menu, select Profiles.
  2. Click Add a profile.
  3. Enter the person’s basic information, such as:
    1. First and last name 
    2. Date of birth
    3. Email address
    4. Phone number
  4. Click Create.


Complete or edit a profile

You can complete the information in a profile right away or update it later, as needed.
  1. Open the profile you want to edit.
  2. Fill in the available fields in each section:
    1. Profile
    2. School information
    3. Contact details
    4. Contacts
  3. Click Save in each section to keep your changes.

The School information section can be shown or hidden depending on the person you are supporting.

Access your profiles

You can always find the full list of profiles under the Profiles tab. This list gives you an overview of everyone you support or who is waiting for services, whether or not they are linked to a record. You can easily sort the list using filters or added tags.
