How can I manage users in a group organization?
Each group organization in Psylio has one or more administrators. As an administrator, you have access to the User management tab, where you can:
- View the list of active and inactive users in your organization.
- Manage members' access and roles.
Inviting new users: To invite a new user to join your group organization, whether they already have a Psylio account or not, follow these steps.
- Open the User management tab.
- Click on Invite a new user.
- Enter the email address of the new member. If the person you’re inviting already has a Psylio account, make sure to send the invitation to the email address associated with that account. This ensures they can link their account to your group organization.
- Click Send invite to invite them to join your organization.
Remove access to the organization: To remove a member's access (whether they are an advisor, administrator, or coordinator) from your group organization, follow these steps.
- Open the User management tab.
- Click the three dots to the right of the name of the person you want to remove.
- Select Remove access to organization.
The user will now appear in your organization's list of inactive members. They will no longer have access to the "Organization" tab in their account and won’t be able to access any records contained in that tab. You can restore their access at any time.
As an administrator, you can also assign or remove the coordinator role. For more information, refer to the following article:
