How can I access my account if the multi-factor authentication (MFA) is blocked?

Here are several reasons why you may have lost access to your account due to the multi-factor authentication (MFA) being blocked:
  1. Loss or change of cell phone.
  2. Loss of access to your authentication app.
  3. Loss of access to your backup codes.
  1. If your MFA is blocked but you have access to the backup codes provided when you enabled the feature, you can use one to log in to the platform. You can then disable the feature by visiting: https://admin.psylio.com/settings/user

  2. If your MFA is blocked and you do not have access to these backup codes, please contact us by sending a message via our ticketing system. We will then ask you to provide certain information to confirm your identity and allow our team to manually disable the feature.

  3. Once you have regained access to your account and multi-factor authentication is disabled, you can re-enable it by following the procedure described in the following article: How do I secure my account with multi-factor authentication (MFA)?
Remember to note your backup codes in a safe place, outside of your cell phone, when re-enabling the feature.
