Why can't I upload a document to a record?
There may be several reasons for this.
- The size of your file may exceed what is accepted by the platform. The file must not exceed 25 MB.
- The title of the document may contain more characters than allowed by the platform. Please ensure that the title of the document you wish to upload does not exceed 150 characters.
- There may be a special character in the file title that is causing the problem. You can revise the title to remove certain characters.
- The type of file that you are trying to import may not be accepted by the platform.
