Why are my Psylio subscription invoices sent to my old email address?

When you update your email address in the My account section of the platform, this change is not automatically applied to your subscription payment information. These details are stored on our third-party payment platform, Stripe. As a result, you continue to receive your Psylio invoices at your old email address.

How to update your billing email

To receive invoices at your new email address, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Subscription in your Psylio account.
2. Click Update billing information.
3. Under Billing information, click Update information.
4. Enter your new email address and click Save.
   

Once updated, all future invoices will be sent to your new email.
