If your credit card is declined, our system will automatically attempt to process the payment up to four times over the next 14 days. This gives you an extra 14 days after your usual payment date on Psylio before any account limitations take effect.

For example, if your payment is due in 5 days and your new card arrives in 10 days, you’ll have enough time to update your payment information.

If the payment is still unsuccessful after these attempts, your access to the platform will remain active but in a free mode with limited features for managing your records.

If this timeframe is too short, you can use a prepaid Visa or Mastercard, available at most pharmacies, grocery stores, and large retailers. These cards work like gift cards—you simply load the desired amount onto the card or ask the cashier to do it for you.
