I am waiting for a new credit card, what can I do for the upcoming payment?
When your credit card is declined by our system, it will make two additional attempts on the card: one 5 days later and another within the following 5 days. This means you can add 5 days to the date of your usual Psylio payment before your account is blocked.
For example, if your payment is due in 5 days and your card should arrive in 10 days, you should have enough time to enter your new card details.
If the delay seems too short, you can purchase a prepaid card (Visa or Mastercard) which are usually sold in pharmacies, grocery stores, or supermarkets.
These cards work like gift cards. You just have to enter the amount you want to put on your temporary card or ask the cashier to enter it for you.
