What is the purpose of the Memo and tasks section in a record?

The Memo and Tasks section in the overview of a record is a practical tool for quickly noting important details about your client or your interventions. Here's how it can be useful:
  1. Memos: Keep important notes and reminders about your client at-hand.
  1. Task Lists: Create specific task lists for each client record. In the Tasks tab of each record, you can view all tasks to effectively track their progress. You also have the option to view all your tasks across all records in the Tasks section of the left-hand menu.

Info
Memos and task lists are work tools for you and will not be visible to your client or colleagues when you share the record.
