What is the difference between collaborative spaces and record sharing?

Collaborative space:

  1. secure area that allows members of the same organization to share information, whether related to a record or not.
  2. Enables adding notes, observations, or general information related to a person, group, or other.
  3. It is possible to upload documents that will be visible to all members of the space.
  4. Members can leave the collaborative space or invite other collaborators at any time.
  5. These spaces are not meant to be used for recordkeeping.



Record sharing:

  1. Involves sharing the entire client record. 
  2. It is not possible to hide certain notes during a record sharing.
  3. Only the record owner can manage the types of access shared with other members of the organization.
