Your records can be archived and stored on the platform free of charge. All you have to do is archive all your records and switch to the free plan. 

If you wish to transfer your records to a transferee, you can easily do so by modifying your account details. The transferee will not have to pay a fee for storing your records, but will still be able to access them if necessary.

At the end of the retention period, the records and your account can be deleted.
