My address is not correct when I search for it using Google. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the address paring with Google in Jade.

However, we can send them a request to correct your address.

To do this, we'll need you to:

1) Check that your address is correct on Google Maps. Take a screenshot.

2) Take a screenshot of what Jade displays when searching for your address.

3) You can then write to us via the ticketing system and attach the screenshots to your ticket.

Correction times are unfortunately beyond our control in this case.
