Is it possible to export my financial data in PDF format?
You can generate a PDF version of your financial data using your browser’s Print function.
For a more complete and structured export, the CSV format is recommended. See the following article to learn how to export your data in CSV format: How can I view and export my financial data?
Generate a PDF using the Print option
- Go to the Finances section.
- Open the tab that contains the data you want to export (Invoicing, Payments, Income, or Other income).
- Apply the necessary filters (period, invoice status, transaction type, etc.).
- From your browser menu, select Print or use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + P on Windows or Cmd + P on Mac).
- Save the file to your computer or print it.
The generated PDF will include only the data currently visible on screen, based on the filters applied.
If your data spans multiple pages, go to each page and click Print again to export the corresponding data.
You can still export the summary report as a PDF from the Summary tab.
