Is it possible to modify a note that has been added to the record?
Follow these steps to modify a note that has been added to a record:
- Click on Edit in the top right corner of the note.
- Make any desired changes to the note and click on "add to record" once again.
- Click on the three dots at the top of the note to access the action history and the date of the last modification.
- The modified version of the note will be displayed on the screen and will also appear if you print it.
To consult the modification history in full compliance with the requirements of professional orders, follow these additional steps:
- Click on the three dots in the top left corner of the note, and then on Modifications.
- Consult the modification history to identify any changes made.
- You can also print this version of the note.
