I use Psylio with my school service centre. Why doesn't the student search provide any results?

To take full advantage of the connection between Mozaïk-Portail and Psylio, you must log in to your Psylio account using the tile available in Mozaïk-Portail. 

If you access your account via www.psylio.com, you will automatically receive zero results when using the student search to create a new record. 

Alternatively, if this still doesn't work, we suggest you contact the IT support team at your school service centre. They will be able to check whether you have the necessary authorizations to access the schools involved in the student search. Psylio will authorize you to search for students in each school to which you are assigned in your organization's management console. 

Once this is up and running, you'll be able to search for a student by school, first name, last name or file number. A drop-down menu will appear, showing the photos of students who match your search criteria.
Clicking on the student in question will create a record in their name. The following personal information will also be imported into the profile:

- First and last name of the student
- Their file number
- The name of the school
- The first and last names of the guardians 1 and 2, as well as their email addresses and phone numbers
