I had a solo account and have just joined an organization. How can I avoid being billed as a solo customer?
When you join a group organization, you'll always have access to two accounts. The one under the name of your organization, and the one under your name. If you wish to avoid being billed for your personal account, you'll need to revert to the free plan by following the procedure below.
Clicking on the "My subscription" icon in the left-hand menu (https://admin.psylio.com/billing/history) will take you to your subscription management page, where you can select "Back to the free plan".
You will then have the option of archiving the records in your personal account for the duration of the retention period, or you can ask us to transfer your active records to your organization account so that you won't be limited to 5 records. To do so, simply contact us at support@psylio.com.
