How to import client records from another platform into Psylio?

Currently, it's not possible to directly import client records from another platform into Psylio. However, you can import client information into Psylio by following these steps:

1. Create records manually: Begin by creating individual records for each client in Psylio. This step allows you to prepare the necessary space to accommodate the data.
2. Upload files: Next, upload files such as progress notes and important documents from your old platform to the new records created in Psylio, in the Documents section.

Managing active and archived records:

1. Active records: Use the method described above to manually transfer all active records to Psylio. This process ensures that all necessary information remains easily accessible.
   
2. Archived records: For archived records, you can use the same method to transfer them to Psylio. Then, archive the records so that they appear in the Archived records section of the platform. Alternatively, consider backing them up to a secure external storage, such as a USB drive or an external hard drive. This will allow you to maintain an organized archive without cluttering your workspace in Psylio.
