How is the organization’s logo used?

The logo set by the organization owner is automatically applied to all automated communications sent to clients on behalf of all practitioners. This includes the following notifications:

  1. Appointment confirmation
  2. Appointment changes
  3. Appointment cancellations
  4. Appointment reminders
This ensures a consistent visual identity across all external communications.

The owner’s logo is configured in the Header and Footer tab. It should not be confused with the public organization logo shown on Jade, which is set in the Public Profile settings.

Individual logos

Each practitioner must also upload a professional logo in their own Header and Footer tab. This logo is used in:

  • Progress notes
  • Invoices

For more information on configuring the header and footer, see this article: How do I set up the header and footer for my notes?

In summary, the organization owner’s logo is used for all client-facing automated communications, while practitioners’ logos appear only on their professional documents.

To ensure the logo is included in client communications, the owner must set it up in the Header and Footer tab.
