How does payment work if I sign up?
When you join the platform, you gain access to a free trial for an unlimited period, as long as you do not exceed the maximum of 5 active records. This means you can explore stress-free without having to provide payment details.
To activate the Essential plan, simply upgrade your account. Payment details will be required at this point. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
For individual users, payments are made monthly and charged directly to your credit card. There's no commitment contract, so you're free to end your subscription without any fees or penalties.
For group organizations, annual billing is possible and can be adjusted on a pro-rata basis depending on the time of year or when you wish to add new users. We accept several different payment methods: cheque, bank transfer and credit card.
