How do I pin a progress note?
It is possible to pin one or more progress notes in a client record!
How does it work?
A pinned note will automatically appear at the top of the Progress notes section for that record. This ensures that important information is immediately visible to you and anyone else authorized to view the record.
When you pin one or more notes, they will appear at the top when printing the roadmap or all the notes in a record. This allows you to highlight specific information that should be included on the first page.
Pinning a note:
- Open the note you want to pin.
- Locate the pin icon.
- Click on this icon to pin your note. The note will immediately move to the top of the Progress notes section.
Unpinning a note:
- Access the previously pinned Progress note.
- Click on the active pin icon to remove the pin.
- Once unpinned, the note will return to its original position in the timeline of your Progress notes, based on the date of intervention.
In a shared record, only the record owner can pin or unpin their notes. Members with access to the shared record cannot pin or unpin notes belonging to the record owner.
