How do I send an email from a client record?

When you're in a client record, you can easily send an email directly to the client using the email addresses set up in the record's profiles. Here’s how:

  1. Open the relevant client record.
  2. Click on the paper plane icon to send an email.
  3. Your default email software (such as Mail or Outlook) will open automatically, with the client's email address already filled in.

What to do if the email button isn’t working

  1. Check the client’s email address:
    1. Ensure the correct email address is added to the main profile of the client record.
    2. If other email addresses are added to secondary profiles, remove the ones you don’t want to include in the email.
