How do I identify a main profile in a record?

For group follow-ups that contain multiple associated profiles, you can identify up to three main profiles.

Main profiles are displayed in the record overview, allowing you to quickly access the most relevant contact information.

Why identify main profiles?

Main profiles allow you to:

1. Choose which profiles are displayed in the record overview
2. Highlight the contact information of the people you need to consult first (such as a person responsible for billing or individuals who are currently active in the follow-up)
3. Quickly access the selected profiles’ first name, last name, email address, and phone number
   

Pin a main profile

1. Open the relevant record.
2. Go to the Associated profiles tab.
3. Locate the profile you want to display in the record overview.
4. Open the Action menu (three dots).
5. Select Pin as main profile.

The profile will automatically appear in the record overview.
