How do I enable or disable my professional profile?
Each Psylio account allows you to enable a professional profile on Jade, our online directory and appointment booking platform.
Enable your professional profile
- Go to Settings > Professional profile.
- Complete your profile information (or make sure it’s up to date).
- Turn on Display my public profile at the top of the page.
View your profile
Click View my profile to open your professional profile on Jade.
Disable your profile
To hide your profile, turn off the Display my public profile option. You can turn it back on at any time to make your profile visible again.
Online appointment booking
From the profile settings page:
- Turn on Allow appointment scheduling from my public profile to allow bookings.
- Click Manage my schedule to set your availability in the Work schedule tab.
- Turn off this option if you don’t want to offer online booking through your profile.
Click Save after making changes to apply them.

To access your public profile on Jade, log in to your Psylio account and go to Settings > Public profile. Click the View my profile button. Once you're on your public profile page, click Share to copy the URL and share it as you wish.
