How do I create a collaborative space?
Collaborative spaces make it easy to share information and communicate with your team while ensuring data confidentiality. They allow you to share details related to a client record without granting access to the entire record.
How to Create a Collaborative Space:
Option 1: From an Existing Client Record
Open the relevant client record.
Click the action menu (three dots) on the left side.
Select Create a Collaborative Space.
You’ll be redirected to the newly created collaborative space.

You can always access this space in the Collaborative Spaces tab in the left menu.Option 2: From the Collaborative Spaces Tab
- Go to the Collaborative Spaces tab in the main menu.
- Click Add a Collaborative Space to create a new one.
