How do I cancel an appointment when the client hasn't declined it themselves?

Currently, you cannot cancel an appointment in Psylio, but you can delete it from your agenda. To keep a record of cancellations, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your agenda and select the appointment you want to cancel.
2. Click on Edit.
3. In the Note for the advisor field, write, "Cancelled."

This note will appear in the Appointments tab of your record, making it easy to identify cancelled appointments.

You can also check the Past appointments tab in the client's record to see previous cancellations.
