How can the coordinator transfer records?

The coordinator can transfer all of an advisor's records to another advisor or just a single record. The transfer options are accessible by clicking on the actions menu (the three dots) to the right of each advisor's name.

• Transfer all records: Choose to transfer all confidential records, all institutional records, or all records, including both types.
  
  
  
  
• Transfer a single record: Use the search tool to find the specific record. You need to know the name of the record to do this.
  
  
  

The coordinator can also transfer shared records. In this case, the record will be automatically unshared to allow the transfer. The notes of all members will be available as a PDF in the Documents section of the record. The new owner can share the record again if needed.
