The Note for the practitioner field in each appointment is a discreet way to note reminders or important observations for each session. Here's everything you need to know: 

1. The information entered in this field is not included in the appointment reminder emails sent to your clients. It is confidential and visible only to you in your account.
2. These notes are intended for your personal use to help you keep track of the key elements of each session at a glance without cluttering your official communications.
