How can I record raw data in Psylio?

Follow these steps to securely record raw data in the platform:

  1. Open the relevant client record.
  2. Click on the Documents section.
  3. You'll see a dropdown menu under the Documents tab, where you'll find the Raw data option.

  4. Add your raw data in this section.
  5. If you need to download your raw data, Psylio will require a password. This password will be your last name.
  6. When opening your raw data outside the platform, you will need to enter the same password used in Psylio.
Please note:
  1. Raw data is not included in record transfers. It remains visible only to the record owner, even when the record is shared.
  2. To share or transfer raw data, add your file(s) to the general documents section. We recommend clearly indicating 'Raw Data' in the file title.
  3. If you make a request to the Psylio team to export your records, your raw data will be in a separate zip file. You'll need to enter a password to access it.
