How can I record raw data in Psylio?
Follow these steps to securely record raw data in the platform:
- Open the relevant client record.
- Click on the Documents section.
- You'll see a dropdown menu under the Documents tab, where you'll find the Raw data option.
- Add your raw data in this section.
- If you need to download your raw data, Psylio will require a password. This password will be your last name.
- When opening your raw data outside the platform, you will need to enter the same password used in Psylio.
Please note:
- Raw data is not included in record transfers. It remains visible only to the record owner, even when the record is shared.
- To share or transfer raw data, add your file(s) to the general documents section. We recommend clearly indicating 'Raw Data' in the file title.
- If you make a request to the Psylio team to export your records, your raw data will be in a separate zip file. You'll need to enter a password to access it.
