How can I filter and organize my progress notes?
You can easily sort and print your progress notes using the filtering options in each record. Here’s how:
- By state: Quickly find draft notes or those already recorded.
- By type: Choose to view and print only confidential notes, or export all notes without confidential ones included.
- By Date or Service Episode: Search for notes from a specific date or time period by selecting a date range.
- By owner (for group organizations): View all interventions in a shared record or narrow the view to your own notes.
When you print, only the notes matching your selected filters will be included. You’ll also see an indicator showing the total number of notes filtered. To return to the full list, simply click Reinitialize.
Your notes are always displayed in chronological order, from the most recent to the oldest, based on the intervention date.
