How can I archive or reactivate a record?

With Psylio, you can easily archive your records in a dedicated area of the platform and reactivate them at any time. Follow the procedures below to archive, view, and reactivate your records.

Archiving a record:
  1. Open the record you want to archive.
  2. Click on the three dots to open the actions menu, then select Archive.
  3. Once this action is completed, a small banner will appear at the top of the record title, indicating that it is now archived.


Consulting your archived records:
  1. To view your list of archived records, return to the active records page and click on Archived records.
  2. You will be able to continue consulting all these records with the information added before archiving, but you will not be able to modify them.




There is no limit to the number of records you can archive. You can keep them as long as necessary, according to the rules applicable to your practice.

Reactivating a record:
  1. Open the Archived records section from the active records page.
  2. Click on the record in question to open it.
  3. Click on the three dots to open the actions menu, then select Activate. The record will reappear in your active records.
