How can I activate or deactivate my public profile?
Here's how you can manage the activation of your public profile:
- Head to the settings: Open the Settings in the left-hand menu of the platform and click on the Public Profile tab.
- Manage your public profile: Here, you'll find the option to Activate or Deactivate your profile. Simply select or deselect Display my public profile on jade.psylio.com, according to your preference.
- To view your public profile, click View my profile, which will redirect you to your public profile on Jade.
Online appointment scheduling:
- Select I accept online appointment scheduling to allow appointment scheduling via your profile. Click Manage my schedule to set your availability in the Work Schedule tab of your Settings. You can also disable this option by deselecting the toggle.
Don't forget to save any changes to apply them correctly.
