How can a group organization be displayed on Jade?

Group organizations and their members can benefit from a free professional profile on Jade, our online directory and appointment booking platform.

To display your organization’s profile, two steps are required:
  1. Configure the organization profile.
  2. Configure the profiles of the practitioners who wish to appear on the organization page.

Configure the organization profile

The organization administrator must:
  1. Go to Settings > Organization details.
  2. Add the organization’s information: logo, email address, website, phone number, address.
  3. Enable the option Display the organization’s public page.
  4. Save the changes.


Idea
To allow online appointment booking for members of your organization, go to Organization details and enable the option Allow online appointment booking for organization members.

Configure practitioners’ profiles

Each practitioner who wants to appear on the organization’s public page must:
  1. Go to Settings > Professional profile.
  2. Complete their professional information.
  3. Enable the option Display my profile on my organization’s public page.
  4. Save the changes.
